"Called in the morning and wasn’t pleasantly impressed with the service I got. I left uncertain and confused with what the information was given to me. My insurance rate jumped up $150 and it made no sense why, no accidents, tickets, and so on. I hanged up and began scouting other insurances for a better rate. Found one and called back and Aaron helped me at State Farm. He gave me more detailed information as to why my rate jumped so much. He still assisted me into a transition for just one car, kept 2 others with state farm since the rates for those 2 cars are still good. He also offered more details for future situations and rates which makes me want to come back in 6 months. Moral of the story, TALK TO AARON, he seems educated and has such good manners.
